Threat of committing a terrorist act

The article is devoted to the debatable issues of interpretation concept threat committing a terrorist act and its signs. There still no unity opinion regarding in criminal law, legal factual features. This especially applies such an important sign as reality. Recently, science there have been opposing positions whether reality objective or subjective characteristic it.The author formulates personal position definition “threat commit act” purpose act.The presents classification forms side according criteria consequence, method acts, well means crime (in presence absence):the use weapons, which created danger human life health, causing significant property damage occurrence other serious consequences;the commission explosion, consequences;committing arson, actions that health consequences (for example, arranging floods, disasters, accidents, collapses, support facilities, etc.).The considers different types goals: criterion complicated energy action with physical movements (using weapon, arson damage, consequences) informational information-energy (demonstration explosives, explosive devices, object will be set on fire, etc.) form threat.In question various aspects terrorism aroused interest researchers since beginning 20th century.
